Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors. The inclusion of any products or services on this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. National Card Sharks reserves the right to make changes to the website and its Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Each time you use the website, you should visit and review the then current Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of this site. If you are dissatisfied with the website, its content or Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
National Card Sharks may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. National Card Sharks also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
Using Online Coupons
Coupons are allowed at a rate at one per order when specified criteria is met. If for any reason a coupon is used twice on an order, we will be unable to honor both coupons and will remove the lesser value discount from your order. Coupons may not be eligible on some specially marked items.
Online Coupons, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Online Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Online Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

Shipping Limitations
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to National Card Sharks shipping policy. Orders will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Despite our efforts, the information on this website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy of any information on this website. Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and National Card Sharks reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Sales Tax Policy
National Card Sharks collects and remits sales tax based on the customer’s shipping location, as required by law.
Return & Exchange Policy
Trading Card Boxes/Cases, Autographed Memorabilia - Due to the volatile market on trading card unopened boxes and cases and to protect the authenticity of all certified autographed memorabilia that we sell, all sales of unopened trading card boxes and cases and autographed memorabilia are final.
Apparel
Clothing and other apparel returns are accepted as long as we are notified within 48 hours of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping to National Card Sharks.
Single Cards
If unhappy with the condition of a card or cards, customer may request a return or exchange if we are notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Game Used/Autos and Insert Ratios on Trading Card Products
Insertion ratios are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer.

The design of this website and all text, graphics, information, content, and other material displayed on or that can be downloaded from this website are protected by copyright and other laws and may not be used except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions or with prior written permission of the owner of such material. Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
Each giveaway will have a clearly defined start and end date and time.
Entries submitted after the end of the entry period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via form or other specified method.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise specified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email or social media within 7 days of the giveaway ending.
Winners must respond within 7 days after being notified to claim their prize, or the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.
6. Prize
Prizes are as stated in the giveaway announcement and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

NCS Breaks/Breaks Administered by National Card Sharks
Policies and Procedures
Collegiate Products and Non-Pro Logo Products
Any collegiate cards/products or cards/products without a professional team logo that are pulled in our professional league group breaks will always be shipped to their current team or location stated on the card/product (unlicensed products).
• If the player is retired or a free agent, the card/product will go to the team the player spent the majority of their career in terms of years played (longest tenure).
• If the player played for multiple teams for the same amount of time in terms of years, the team they played the most games for will determine the tie break.
• If the player has never been on a professional team (NIL), the card/product will be randomized to all people in the break, unless a NIL spot is sold as part of the break.
• If the card/product is a coach and he/she is designated as a player on the card/product, not a coach, it will go to the team he/she played for in their respective league following the tenure guidelines stated above.
• If the player did not play in their respective league but they coached in their respective league, the card/product will go to the team they coached for.
$1 AUCTION LAG BIDS
Whatnot: If verifiable evidence of platform-related lag is presented (e.g., users reporting in chat that they were unable to bid or could not see the auction pinned), the affected auction will be refunded and rerun. In the absence of such evidence, all auction results will be considered valid, and the winning bid will be honored.
Fanatics Live: To remain compliant with Fanatics Live platform requirements, all $1 bids are honored regardless of payment status or related issues.

Official Policy on Multi Team/Multi Player Cards
Whatnot
If there is a majority owner defined by 51% or more (i.e. Justin owns two of the three teams on the card) they get the card.
If even distribution of teams/players, meaning there is no majority and equal ownership (i.e. Justin owns two of the four teams/players and Stacie owns the other two teams/players on the card), then we randomize.
Fanatics Live
Randomize everything (per Fanatics recommendation), unless ALL stakeholders agree to handle ownership off air.
